The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage whilst they have the equipment on hire
it is the Hirers' full responsibility to ensure the security and safe keeping of the equipment when it is out on hire, and as such they should ensure they have adequate measures in place

Any equipment that requires fuel is sent out on hire Full, and must be returned full, otherwise a fuel surcharge will apply
weekend hire runs from Midday on the friday with equipment to be returned no later than 10am on the monday.
All machines MUST be prepaid before the hire starts. Any additional charges will be invoiced separately (damages, late return fees etc) within 48 hours of their return.
No. However this can be arranged if required. Collection and / or Delivery is currently has a Minimum charge of £45 within the 1st 15 miles and a further £3 per mile for each mile thereafter (prices are before VAT and current as off 01-01-24). Prices subject to change
Yes. You will be shown how to operate the equipment prior to leaving yard.
We have a sponsorship form, once completed we will review the information and let you know asap
In the event that the equipment breaks down, we can send an engineer out to inspect the item or guide you over the phone to fix. If the item can be repaired on site, we will do so. If it cannot be repaired, then we will do a swap and replace the item as soon as possible. However if the breakdown is caused by misuse, there will be a callout charge applied and the hirer will be billed for repairs accordingly.
The only acceptable forms of ID are 1 photographic ID (Passport, Driving Licence or Electoral Identity Card) and 2 proof of address (Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Credit Card Statement, Building or Car Insurance Document) that must be dated within 3 months prior to hire.

No, all new customers must pay for their first hire period upfront until credit checks are completed. Credit forms are available on request.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure they have the appropriate licence to tow the trailer they require, all trailers are advertised with their weight ratings.
Equipment should be returned clean, refueled if required, and in good working order.
If items are returned in a damaged, unclean and/or defective state except where due to fair wear and tear and/or an inherent fault, the Hirer will be liable to pay for the cost of any repair and/or cleaning required to return the items to a condition Suitable for re-hire.
General wear and tear is covered by us however, wearing metal on the ploughs and tines of power harrows are to be covered by the Hirer due to the huge increase in the cost of steel, this allows us to keep hire costs at a minimum. Wearing metal for ploughs is available to purchase on request
Yes, we have a minimum age to be able to hire from us. The minimum age to be able to hire is 18 years old, we have no maximum age limit.
Yes, we support local organisations in their fundraising efforts, this can be in the form of a free hire to the organisation for an event they may be holding, donation of a Gift voucher or Hire of an item for raffle, along with advertising support on our monthly /newsletter, and social media pages. If you are a local organisation please get in touch with information.
